Golden Gazebo 7"x 5x5" Paper, Wood, Gold Paint Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1830 This church was built by the group of first presbyterian congregation in Florida. They made plans to construct a house of worship and immediately did so. Construction started in 1825 and was finished in 1830. The overall cost for the building and property was around $6000. The Lightner Museum (formerly The Hotel Alcazar), 1888 This museum was previously a spanish renaissance style luxury hotel called the Alcazar but was transitioned into a museum in the 1900s. Built by Henry Flagler, the museum is filled with history and elegances. The interior serves as a time capsule of the gilded age adorned sophisticatedly. Creating a model that combines both the architecture of these buildings meant blending specific elements together.
